Turbocharger & Compressor Assembly

• One-Piece TIG-Welded Compressor Housing Assembly – Featuring an HDI clamp connection, eliminating silicone joiners for a cleaner, more secure installation.

• Ported Turbo Housing & Wastegate – Optimised for improved exhaust flow and precise boost control.

• Black Ceramic-Coated Turbo Exhaust Housing – High-temperature protective finish.

• Powder-Coated Compressor Housing & Charge Pipe – Durable, premium-quality finish.

Exhaust System

• Fully TIG-Welded 2" OD 304 Stainless Steel Short-Runner Headers – Satin finish, designed for rapid turbo response and unrestricted high-RPM exhaust flow.

• Custom-Fabricated 304 Stainless Steel Dump Pipe – Satin finish.

• 304 Stainless Steel Heat Shield – Satin finish.

• Optional Upgrade: Black Ceramic Coating for Headers, Dump Pipe & Heat Shield.

Performance by Design

The TURBOCYCLE™ Turbo System is engineered to deliver the ideal balance of rapid boost response, exceptional airflow efficiency and high-horsepower capability.

Our fully TIG-welded, short-runner header design utilises oversized 2" OD 304 stainless steel tubing, promoting rapid turbo spool-up while maintaining the exhaust flow required for maximum top-end horsepower.

Combined with our exclusive TURBOCYCLE™ CNC-Machined Billet Intake Plenum, featuring integrated bellmouth and external cooling fins, the system is designed to maximise charge-air flow, minimise intake restrictions and support outstanding performance throughout the RPM range.

220+ HP Performance Capability – Engineered to support high-horsepower applications, with actual output dependent on engine configuration, compression ratio, camshaft selection, fuel delivery and supporting modifications.
